Missing, Damaged or Defective Items Claims
We take pride in fulfilling your order as promised. We deployed our 7-step process to make sure that your tour guide audio system is ready to go upon arrival:
- Correct equipment
- Correct quantity
- Equipment charged
- Equipment tested
- Equipment programmed, if required
- Correct delivery address
- Correct contact information
IMPORTANT: If there is equipment or cases damaged in transport, not working properly or missing, we apologize. Implecho makes every effort to ensure all details of your order are accurate and all equipment is tested for successful operation upon delivery and verified for quality assurance. Please report any issues before the start date of your event by emailing your rep or submitting the form.
RENTAL AGREEMENT: Upon delivery receipt, it is the customer’s responsibility to report any damages in transit or other discrepancies. Anything left unreported prior to the event date becomes the customer’s liability for repair or replacement.
Rental equipment that is missing or damaged during the rental period is the customer’s responsibility. The client agrees to pay for repairs or replacement cost of rental equipment that is damaged beyond normal wear and tear, lost or stolen during the term of the rental period.
